Guys, It seems that the oath ceremonies in Quebec and NB became in person from Jan. 10, 2024 (the very last time it was virtual ceremony). I think that is why it got slowed down. Check this site from now on, if it says "Open to the public: Yes", it means it is an in-person oath. Otherwise, it is a virtual oath.

Actually, most of oath ceremonies in Quebec are virtuals. I recommend the following Facebook group to have more information

I think this is a new thing that happened in January. By any chance, do you know anyone with virtual ceremony on Feb or March or even April with Montreal office? because I heard from my friends that they all shifted to in-person ceremonies now.

Just did our ceremony (virtual) on April 2nd. So I guess not everyone is in person fo now.
