Thank you! Yes it does feel good, its such a relief and I am sure everyone will feel the same when you all get PR eventually. Godspeed :)

About the question, yes correct it was saying 'We need additional documents to continue processing your application. We will send you a message with more details.' before that status changed. It took me about a month from the date of submitting my application to get the additional document received status.
Cool, got it. I submitted my documents on 7th January. So, it has been more than ~2 months, but my status has not changed. However, I raised several webforms, so those might have delayed this.

Nonetheless, thanks for your response, I have a better sense of what kind of GU I can expect next. :)

Are dependents inland or outland?

Hi,

Is there anyone has same situation?

I regularly log in my application and my application status has been recorded as 'submitted' since I linked
This morning, it was changed to 'profile updated,' but nothing was changed in details except dependent section was disappeared
I'm in common-law and she was put as dependent when I first linked
and now my status was changed back to 'submitted' again

Is this just system error or something? or do you think agent looked into my application?

I have submitted essential worker stream A on May 19 and still not been able to link the application to my account.
I tried to reach IRCC but never ever picked up the phone.
Anything that I can do in this situation?
Or applicants who applied to Toronto have problems like me?

Hi folks,

I have this message under Biometrics section:
  • We have not received your fingerprints. Check your biometrics request message for details.
However, I have not received this biometrics request message. How do I proceed from here?

Thanks!

dependent section.. is there a separate row for dependents ?

i have only one row of applicant. I have my spouse as a dependent for PR.
I don't think so there should be two different sections.

I was exactly in the same situation. I raised a webform notifying IRCC about the change in my family composition (addition of outland spouse). I am copy-pasting the response I got from the visa officer:

"If you are the principal applicant of a permanent residence application already in process, you could add your spouse or common-law partner, dependent children, and their dependent children to your application, even if they were listed as a non-accompanying dependent in the initial application.

To do so, we invite you to send your add-on request through the IRCC webform available on our website. You can attach the following forms and documents in the field reserved to that effect:

A new Generic Application Form for Canada (IMM 0008) with supporting documents,
(If applicable) A Schedule A - Background/Declaration (IMM 5669) form,
(If applicable) An Additional Dependants/Declaration (IMM 0008DEP) form,
(If applicable) A signed Additional Family Information (IMM 5406) form,
A copy of the birth certificate, marriage certificate or proof of common-law relationship,
A copy of the family member's valid passport,
Police certificates for all countries where the family member over the age of 18 has lived for more than 6 months since turning 18,
A letter of explanation, and
If applicable, the proof of payment."

I hope this helps! Good luck.
For the webform we submitt it using Express entry right?
