Similar experience, tried 2-3 times and got transferred to abuse line and they don't even put me through an agent but the main menu.
I was able to connect to an agent this morning, the key is to not enter UCI and press option 2 and press 3-3-0. Don't enter immediately just make sure you enter 3 and give a pause like 1 sec and then enter 3 and pause for 1 sec and then enter 0. Should be able to reach an agent with some ground music like you get you are put on hold usually to a customer service agent. waited for 35 min to get connected to an agent and when I asked her for TFN, she said I needed to speak to an immigration officer. So she transferred me to her and it took about 25 min and then I got holder of her where she verified account details and explained that I haven't been allocated a TFN yet and asked me to call back after a month

And then no reply whatsoever. Ordered GCMS notes on Feb 03, 2022 - No response yet. Trying to connect to Call Center every single day but could not connect yet.
Feeling frustrated at this point. Anything that I can do to help rapid this process?

My ADR that was submitted on Jan 11 has been reviewed since Feb 1 so far.
No GCMS since Jan 16 and follow-ups of MP one week ago.
Hi, Call Ircc on 1888-242-2100, talk to an agent, they will ask your UCI, Full name, place of birth, Date of submission, etc. ask them to give you a temporary or permanent file number. once you get the number( you will only get it if your file is in the system ) you can link your file and upload requested documents and within 15 days BAAm!
I was trying since valentines day every day twice, except weekends. go to info about work permits etc, select how to become PR then hit 0 for talking to an agnt.
