I received my AOR on Nov. 2nd, and my account shows they require additional documents but haven’t received any messages or emails regarding additional documents. I appreciate if anyone knows what’s the best way to contact them. Thanks.

I have a concern, today when I was trying to link the application via GC key; it showed up different message saying that "It may take time for applications to be entered in the system. Please try again in 24 hours." instead of you might have made a mistake, please try again. Does it mean I might receive AOR soon or its just a normal thing?
