But now after someone suggested it I sent them the PCC yesterday using the webform.

what number is your application number? Coz I notice 3 of mu friends are inE00225, E00229 GOT their COPR and E00227 are waiting for portal but already getring GU. So I am wondering if application numbers matter.

It's been 2 months and no response after AOR, still waiting for medical to pass and officer request for required documents.
Can I submit these documents without an officer request through IRCC web form?
and What type of enquiry should I select for a web form?

No idea! But i think they are basing it with application numbers. 2 of my friends got their coprs and they are in e0022 but I applied earlier than them but my application number is E00230 so I guess they are working on based on application numbers??

My application number starts from E aor April 9 Cec nothing till now …. N don’t now how many more weeks to wait.
