Getting this response while try to link app by name and DOB info - “It can take time for applications to be entered into our system. Check again in 24 Hours.”

Well, not really unbelievable. The first hour saw 10,000 odd applications may be even more and the limit was reached in 25 hours. So if IRCC deals with the first hour, 25 % target is achieved which is not bad IMO. Thanks.
Interestingly, I got the same message for about a week and later I was able to link my application.

I just traveled outside and came back. condition of TR to PR, time of application, and time of approval you have to be in Canada. in-between time you can go out and come back

Why? So other category people are some lower class that you’re only counting IG people into consideration when talking about 25%? & you forgot about 7.3k extra applications in IG on top of that. So far there are 80-90k applications so they’re just 1/8-1/9 of the total applications in 5 months which sux dix
