$1050 for 1 applicant. If you didn't do biometrics, pay that too ($85). Even if you did biometrics, still pay it just to be safe.

How to done Medical examination confirmation (IME) for family members? I'm done it ,but they didn't .I'm trying to apply under TR-PR for essential non medical stream.

I have been charged but didnt receive any receipt so i took a screenshot from my online banking showing my name date and receipent(immigration canada) and upload it as a receipt and finalize my application? will that application directly rejected or will I have a chance to upload receipt in the future?

No. Once it's full, the stream is closed unless they add some extra spots.

Log into your payment account which you used for paying the fee, the receipt is there.
