My application stop at background check since March
No emails, no updates

Same situation with me. Everything else passed just security in processing since March 2023. Contacted my MP too but not much help. "Your application is in processing, background check is done by third parties so there's not much IRCC can do about it. I'll give it a little more time". Also, applied for CBSA notes to see any progress but they're also stuck somewhere. I suppose

anything on June applications, the last update was on Sept 8th background check changed from n/a to processing and then nthg after that. usually whoever status changed to processing got approvals within a couple of weeks but here is no update after that.....

You need to call them to get the actual details, now everything is random

my application had the medical passed for the second time and IRCC says my eligibility also has passed…

unfortunately only an ircc agent can give you such details. contact 1 (888) 242-2100 and press 2-1-2-0 to get a hold of an agent.

yeah that is a typical answer from a clueless agent. try contacting your local MP to get the microdetails.

I applied for my PR card renewal
I recieved an email that confirms my email was received on the 19th of October
On the 21st of October my status is "decision made"
This is a fast response , should I ne worried? Any views?

just gotta locate your local MP either by phoning the office secretary or by walk in. I had the secretary of my local MP get info from IRCC when the volume of calls was high.
