I wrote an explanation letter, attached the letter and uploaded, I used stern but parliamentary language lol.
I thought further and it feels lik these agents are not viewing documents properly and in a hast they are sending out emails of fair procedure or portal request based in your nationality passports or sheer luck.
Hey guys, I want to update some information using web form. If someone could please help me out. I need to upload a document,
what would be application type, as there is no TR to PR/Public policy. It only has iptions like Express/Canadian Experience Class.

@Miss bee Thank you so much for you reply. But I need to upload a document, not just text query, So when I select Permanent Residence Applied online... The next question is "what application did you submit".
Options range from EE to PNP/ Caregiver etc.
So I was confused there. If someone has upload a document using web form Please guide me. Thanks again
My bad Select option Replacement to documents, amendment to documents and verification to documents options, then go ahead fill information in text area and then on next page upload documents.
