For the ghost updates, do you get email as well or just the status change?

The statement "work in excess of 30 hours per week over a shorter period cannot compensate for any shorter overall period of experience." means that:

It's 30 x 52 = 1,560 hours. You can't do 60 x 26 weeks = 1,560 hours because work in excess of 30 hours won't help fix the problem that the applicant doesn't meet Req #2

If they wanted to indicate that hours over 30 won't be counted, it would've been much simpler to use the CEC phrase: "We don't count hours over 30."

if they can't find your file then you have to wait as they have not assigned your file to be loaded in their system yet and haven't assigned a temp number to your application. Get back to them after few days and As soon as you will be assigned a temp app number it usually takes around a week or two to receive AOR under normal cases

I mean what kind of process is that one is getting AOR with the same timeline, and another one is not able to link. makes no sense

Agreed with you bro. TBH it's not fcfs they are following for sure. I know my one friend waiting from 12:15 pm est and still have nothing even no temp number
