Hi @SmzAmir I was struggling to get through to IRCC for a few months. However, I have been able to reach them using the following steps.
1) When asked for UCI press 2
2) When listening to the Ukrainian and Afghan message press 3
3) Press 3 again
4) Finally press 0- if it goes through it will go through to PR card line- then ask to speak about your TRPR application they transfer you.

Try again and again till you get through. Hopefully it works for you.

Thank you. Finally my call went through. I tried 4 times and had to wait one hour. They told me that everything is cleared and I don’t need to worry. Final decision is pending. Can’t give me any timeline. Asked me to keep eye on email.

I have a question, I send my new passport through web form yesterday. I submit it again through the linked application this morning. Will that be a problem?

Hi Gangs,

I got portal email this morning. However, it shows nothing except 6 green tick marks in a column, that's it.
I emailed IRCC re the issues. Still wanna know if the issues got resolved by someone here. That would be much appreciated.

Side note: I will post my timeline from the beginning till I got my actual PR card once everything is in place.

I have exactly the same problem! Already reported IRCC via email last night, no reply yet.

Secondary office : Calgary

Called IRCC today, they said you might receive email soon. Once final decision is made.

Literally waited for 2 hours, my longest to date to connect with any csr to date across any organization. He confirmed the tfn that I had received from the MP's office. he said that file has been picked up and so I should receive AOR soon, just gotta wait

I have received an email from IRCC about my application. I replied back within an hour. It says they'll send me the portal email in 2 weeks.
