IRCC is moving pretty fast, they are also working on Weekends as I got ADR2 today and he got Decision Made today.

my AR 19 January 2022 still not receive AOR
Even i wrote an email to ircc no reply
mine nomination from Saskatchewan paper based application
any body can tell me why is taking so long even those AR after me received AOR

That's nice! I think the reason for ADR's is that we moved to Canada a few months after applying. Changes to our addresses, jobs etc.

So if you haven't moved at all everything remains the same so you would not get any ADR.

I recently submitted my file under non-Express entry PNP through their online portal; however, there is no information on the online portal about application processing updates or stages. Please advise on where I can check the status of my application.

After you receive your AOR (via email), IRCC will advise you to link your application to your GCKey Account: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/account.html. Once that is done you will begin to receive updates there. The PR portal is for only submitting your application.
