Did your IELTS expired before AR? If no, you don’t need to take another one. What matters is when your documents was received and not AOR

Did your IELTS expired before AR? If no, you don’t need to take another one. What matters is when your documents was received and not AOR

It expired after ar like after submission of 6 months.

Once it expired after AR (not before) you should be fine. Furthermore, if IRCC for some reason needs you to do it over they will let you know. If this was an issue they wouldn't have sent you AOR, they would have returned your application. Stop worrying.
