2020 Sponsoring PR for newborn - Child born in USA

My son born in USA after we completed PR Process, and we recently moved to Canada. Can you please help me on the below if any has any details :

- Any reference links for steps to start - applying for children pr as dependent?
- Latest timelines for the dependent - children to complete the pr process ?
- is this complete online / paper based ?
