***2020 FEBRUARY INLAND PR APPLICATION****

Hi everyone,

So I have applied for a PR through my common law partner in January, 2020.

• February 20th, 2020 - the application was received
• October 16, 2020 - requested biometrics
• November 13th, 2020 - submitted biometrics
• November 20th, 2020 - requested to undergo medical exam
• December 15th, 2020 - medical results have been received

Now at this point it's a dead silence. It's going to be 12 month since I've applied and still have not heard anything from them. I know so many cases where PR was granted within 7-9 months last year, but i am still waiting...

Anyone else is going through this??

We are still waiting too. Feb 2020 application.. our file was transferred to Etobicoke jan 12 2021. We have the same medical received date. Keep an eye out on ur email from IRCC within the next week or 2 I’d say. Check junk!

Thank you! It is so frustrating... if your file was transferred, doesn't mean that you were SA? If it does, then it's good news!!

We got SA before the transfer. But I guess nothing really matters everything we have done & got don’t mean anything .. till we get the PR letter.
