So, for those still waiting for SA, are you able to link application to MyCIC ?

no, it should be DM and In process

I've got my SA 2 days ago by mail, still cant link my appl, cause Appl.received status 8)

Just the adults: Me and my Wife + Sponsored Parents = 4 (did not include children)
No passport and just 1 space for city of birth.

The above worked for me too in the past...without 2 children...so me, my wife and dad and mom...4 in total

BTW...

Hey...in ECAS status for "Sponsorship Application Status" changed from "Application Received" to "In Process".

But again in ECAS..."Permanent Residence Application Status" is still showing as "Application Received".

Guys the first thing that happens is the sponsorship status changes to "in process", then decision made, then SA. Decision made can be anything; approved or not approved. But we should be hopeful if we meet the cut off. After that, file is transferred to visa office and status of permanent residence for the applicant is the one that changes.
I am happy to report that the application status from my visa office is now "in process".

One question...from your experience, do you know the average time duration between each of above steps that you have mentioned?

Hi coolguysam,
I had ordered GCMS/ACIS notes late last year and they matched yours. My file was waiting for the SS check too.

I hope that is a good sign and we will get the SA soon too.

When did you submit request for GCMS notes (before or after document request)?

On the first page of ATIP notes, it says:

PAPER FILE
Office: FC4 Pending- Additional Documents Requirement

Does it show the same at your end? I am not sure what does it mean, it does not have any details.

What does your e-cas show? "Application Received" or "In Process" or what?
