the below was send to me from Canadian consulate of India . I am bit confused as to if they are looking for my mom police clearance from India or Canada as she came to visit me twice and stayed more than 6 months. I will really appreciate if someone can help me .Does the highlighted comments mean that she doesn't need police clearance from India and only Canada?

Note: If you or your family members were under 18 years of age (16 years of age in certain jurisdictions) for the entire time you lived in a particular country, you do not need to provide a police certificate for that country.[/b]
