Hi guys ,

I have been searching for the quota of 2015 , and according to the below link it' between 260K-285K ( FSW 47K-51K ) , Yet the ITA received till date is
16,025 ..

If somebody can explain this to us , those numbers , or if their has been a thread in the fourm regarding the same , Please provide the link.

if the numbers as what i understood they might look promising for a guys like me standing below 400

Those numbers include FSW applicants from previous years who are granted PR this year.

Can you provide more details about this ?
 
basically, there were insane backlogs, people from 2 years ago still waiting to be processed. All those backlogged applications count towards the 2015 quota. They really could have filled the 2015 quota without drawing anyone through express entry there were so many.

So is it possible for someone to receive a ITA and then wait around 4-6 months only to hear that he/she is being refused due to CIC reaching immigration targets?
