It means the sponsor is eligible to sponsor the applicant/spouse. That is a Sponsorship Approval. Congrats you are done with stage 1!

P.S: The applicant "ASantos" needs a color change to his entry.
P.P.S: The Summery by VO tab shows 2 applicants have PPR, but doesnt list them under their VO. same for 1 in progress.
