cic web shows my application was received in April 24 but I haven't get AOR, SA , usually do they send SA and AOR by mail or email? , do i need to call? Thanks!!

If you put an email on your sponsor application forms, they will send you an email! Sometimes though people get SA without even getting an AOR at all (or it goes in your spam folder).

My application was received April 27th ...got AOR on May 20...and still no SA....I think we will get something either by Thursday this week or next Tuesday. (usually they send stuff on Tuesdays).

Don't worry to much if you have proof that it was indeed delivered to them.

I submitted my application April 10, 2015 but until now no AOR and SA:-(

Waiting for my turn - that is the SA probably or whatever decision they made for you as a sponsor.

Reynalinc - You will probably get SA directly with no AOR. Should get it soon since a lot of the April 7th applicants already got their SAs.

I hope us late April applicants will start getting our SA in the next two weeks.

Hello Dinigobale,

Right now the wait times for AOR (confirmation they received your application) is about 30 days. Usually we get the UCI # from that email to check online status. You can try to look at it with your receipt number but nobody seemed to be able to access it with that. So be patient, you will get it in few weeks

Our application was rec'd April 13 and so I was also really hoping I would see something today, knowing eCAS often gets updated on Tuesdays. Nothing. Still "In Process", as it has been since we got AOR on May 6. Very frustrating since SA is such as easy part of the process. Now 58 days and counting...

Mississauga is slowing down. AORs went from 21 days in March/April, and are now back up to 30+. I'm in the May thread and my AOR was 33 days. I can only assume SAs are affected by this slowdown as well since its the same office.

Hi llangel ... Sorry I meant April 20th! That's when they received my application as per canada post ... So it's been almost 2 month without not hearing anything from them

Same here

I had my AOR on May 8 and since then no SA nor an update on ECAS till this date.

I am concerned about how slow things are and how long the process is. This is life and we need a way out to get families together. So I believe

I'm on the same boat, they recieved my application on April 7th, 2015 and haven't heard anything back from them. I called the call centre twice but they call them if they are working on the files after April 7th. Right now on the website it shows that they are working on the files received on April 7th. Hopefully we will hear something soon
