Happened the same thing to me.
In my case, they did all my application and waited untill the CSQ arrive.
When I sent them a copy, they ended my process on the same day.
The numbers are:

Montréal area: 514 864-9191
Elsewhere in Québec (toll free): 1 877 864-9191
Outside Québec: + 1 514 864-9191

My wife and me are getting a bit stressed as my holiday work permit expires Mid september and we hope to receive an answer by then.

It's frustrating, however we must stay positive and have faith that everything will work out. I'm praying that my wife will get her Visa this month. As long it is before Christmas I will be so happy. Hang in there Jlizardo let's hope we hear something this upcoming week

Hi All,

On ecas the Sponsorship application status is Decision Made and the latest update is "We sent you correspondence on June 2, 2015 about the decision on your application"

Under Permanent Residence Application Status - its "Application Received" and the latest update is "Medical results have been received." The Visa office has contacted my wife a month ago to verify some of her information but we have now not heard from them for over a month.

...The wait is a killer

Application filed.... April-16-2015

Application received.. April-20-2015

No AOR has been sent, but they mailed my husband in their house not via email about the sponsorship approval on June 17, 2015 but he received it last June 21 2015..

Appendix A and Passport requested... July-06-2015

Visa.... Waiting this August.. Hopefully all applicants who has been requested to pass their passports last month would get the visa this August.. ;D
