What's that??

GCMS stands for Global Case Management System. Also known as ATIP. (Access to Information and Privacy Online Request)
Earlier known as CAIPS (perhaps for previous systems).

Any Canadian citizen, or SIN holder with credit card; or authorized representative can apply for the case specific detailed status information.
Official cost is CAD$5. It cost CAD$50+ through an agent/layers/reps. It will take minimum 30 days. comes via email.
Note outsiders cannot apply.

Its almost near to impossible. there are lots of IT professional immigrating here. IT is big demand here so avg time for new immigrant from IT to get a good job is about 3-5 months. To employ from abroad a Canadian employer has to prove that they can not get an employee within Canada so that's why they need to bring someone from abroad.

The best option for you is to immigrate, get here and start looking for jobs with a Canadian address.

It would be great if you guys could share your experience of getting job offer from Canadian Employer. specially when you are not in Canada. Is it possible to get a job offer while searching online for a job? my NOC is software engineer/ computer developer. I am in the process of completing my application but I am afraid my NOC cap would be filled by the time my application reaches. so on the safe side I want to look for job in Canada.

I applied today and it takes 30 days,, I will be getting the entire process on my file done so far,, will let u know once I receive that,,

this is ok, but the majority portion of money is after visa, fact is the consultant will demand the full amount (last installment) whenever i get the visa on my passport. i just trying to find a way out to confirm about the job before paying the final installment.

now just wanna to know that i have applied for educational assessment through WES ..... got my transcripts ... now i have to courier it on a given address... plzz give me the address where to be courier these transcripts??? ... and fees is $201 .or $299.. ??

Also my expected date of Ielts result is about 6 dec 2014... can i apply ... ??

and i have to submit this.....1) Generic Application Form for Canada [IMM 0008] 2) Additional Dependants/Declaration [IMM 0008DEP] 3) Schedule A – Background/Declaration [IMM 5669] ........ and all 11 forms at once or step by step...

And do i need a laywer who signature are req on my application... someone told me you need an laywer who will charge around $1200 for it ???

Plzz gude me .. runng late of timee.. plzzzzzzzzzz

U need not get signed on ur documents by lawyer,, I m not sure but u have to mail ur wis educational assessment along with ur application

I never heard we need a Lawyer to send documents.
