thanks rimi for your reply. :)
any one else would like to share their experience?

Hi Any one please direct me, how can we get arranged employment ?

Currently I am in India..

Mikeypm,

No worries. As long as you mentioned somewhere in your application that you have applied for PR, you're good.

From personal experience, I selected "yes" to the question that said " have you applied for an extension previously". And in the explanation section just quoted my application file number for PR.

Made a huge mistake sent the online BOWP application and forgot to attach the PER email, I'm assuming it will get rejected?

Rimi,

Couldn't have put it better. At some points, we have all felt trapped with our closed work permits and limited mobility etc. However, we do also feel lucky to have found employers who helped us out with LMOs. Couldn't have asked for more.

Really?? Yay 8)
Where did you see that?i don't see anything on the spreadsheets

Guys I need help!! I'm planing to go to India in late oct or early November. Becoz it's my cousin's wedding and i can't miss it at any cost. Now I have this little concern that is itching me.
1. Do I need to apply for reentry visa for Canada before going?
2. Is it gonna effect if I get ppr when I'm already in India?
3. Does it matter if I go via USA coz i have to do shopping there?
4. Most likely I'll come back in January, hoping I'll have visa stamped by then. I'll land in Calgary. So does it has anything to do with my pr or is it must for me to land in Vancouver only?
5. Do I need any kind of letter from employer? He is really paranoid about my visit to India so he wants to know if ang document is required by him so that i should not have ny kind of trouble during landing.
Its long but any help wil be appreciated :)

My work permit is valid till January 2016. So employer will be same. More over my employer will also give me a kind of letter that I'm going for vacation and will join back as soon I come from India. I hope that's enough.
