There are more chances likely your application may be returned ,, coz that's the main thing they watch for eligibility criteria ,, so I suggest you to file a new application ,, please make sure you match the job title in reference letter , application ,, and also experience letter,, you should also make sure the noc job title matches the job duties too,, gud luck

Can't i fix it by sending them a fax or an email?
If they send my app back, will they charge me still?

Are you applying as arrange employment as well? Based on this,

Work experience

If your application is eligible to be processed, we will then assess it to see if your work experience, as described above, is valid.

Your work experience must be:
•at least one year (1560 hours), full-time or an equal amount in part-time,
•paid work (volunteer work, unpaid internships, etc. do not count),
•in the same occupation, and
•within the last 10 years,
•at skill type 0, or skill levels A or B of the 2011 edition of the Canadian National Occupational Classification (NOC)

You must show that you did the duties set out in the lead statement of the occupational description in the NOC, including all the essential duties and most of the main duties listed. If you do not show that your experience meets the description in the NOC, we will refuse your application.


I think as long as the duties and responsibilities on your work experience matched the NOC title that you are applying for, you still have a good shot. Let's just hope they won't focus on the job title difference especially if your experience came from a different country, there is a possibility that Job title in your country is different in Canada.

This one year experience is gained from canada. I just did a mistake once i submited my app
The job reference letter describes the correct NOC.

Yup when I came as a student my visa was rejected on health grounds for the first time and tats the reason it took me a while to clear up my medicals as I am done with my medicals in May , according to my gcms it's taking a while for criminality checks as mine started in May and security check they only start once the medicals are cleared,, may b u guys can get pprs by end of nov,, good luck rimi and sn

I will re apply when they send me back the application bec the employer won't give me another reference letter. And i read somewhere that the deadline is April 2015.
