for almost all the universities, application deadline for Jan intake is over...and they have started to give admission offers....but im not sure about colleges..

sorry i did not get you .. if the january intake applications deadlines are over then how can they start the admission offers?

application deadlines dates have passed for most of the universities ......now the universities are making decisions on admission decisions and give offer letters to the selected candidates....so the way this process works is
1) u select a university
2) u apply for admission to the university before the application deadline
3) universities make a decision
4) universities start sending admission letters/offers.
