Does anyone know which is the fastest local office for late 2014 onwards applicants? please add your input and experience.

My research
1. Mississauga, ON
2. St. Claire, ON
3. Vancouver, BC

Same-day oath invite:
Only Mississauga had offered same-day oath invite so far... are they still doing it?.. is there any other office doing the same?

What factors decide your local office? I live in Downtown Toronto but got Mississauga,

I believe the distance of where you live in relation to the CIC's office determines what CIC office you will end up at. The closest office to your residence determines where you end up.

It depends on the workload of offices. I read it somewhere

Montreal was doing same day oath too, they seem to have stopped it now

yes they still doing it. i have a friend took the oath last month right after the exam.

In my opinion Scarbrough is fastest regarding test invitation. As in Sep,October,Nov 2014 applicants mostly got their invitation with in 2/3 months after file transfer.
