I am refering to PAPER FILE History, the summary is in page 2 and the detailed history is near the end of the notes after ACTIVITY History (in my notes it was in page 45 of 55)

I also checked with my (lazy) representative and she forwarded me my PPR email that issued last night!
So yeah, officially PPR received on 23 May 2014!

My notes show my files were in transit in late December from Centralized intake office.
It was with CPP Ottawa since early Jan 2014. records show PROV-REG and Registry...

my April 10, 2014 notes showed that my file transfered to Ottawa end of Jan 2014 but since then no review started as Eligibility and Security status is "Not Started"

Yes i ordered GCMS notes again
This time i did electronic one ;D
I will get it on 5th June.
I hope, from that i will get some info.

Just to let you guys know, I ordered a new set of GCMS on april 22 and nothing was updated from february (meaning they didn't even look until the file until may when I got DM).

So the most plausible reason why people are still waiting is that there is a backlog of applicants and/or the newer applications were given to new VOs.
