can anybody tell me what time does the PPR mail comes.. according to EST.. I am in New york time zone..

Also i am in USA and never been to canada.. but my visa office is cpp ottawa.. does that make any difference in how soon or late ill get the PPR.. I filed my application on july 15

There is no specific time to get PPR but in most cases i have seen people getting PPR's between 8:30- 11:30 PM (Eastern time).

yeah on page 47 , which is the detailed history, Paper file History 1 is the latest update
