I have just got GCMS notes ... i think I have along way ..

Eligibility not started
Security not started
Criminality in progress
medical Passed

As expected

what the hell is going on with cic man,,, reallyy it sucks ... send them an email stating that u got ur notes n ask them is there anything pending from ur side that is delaying the process

One interesting line in my first set of GCMS notes just received recently is:

Create Office: Siebel Administration

Is this a new intake or processing office location?

I wonder if the work is being dispersed for our group, introducing delays in the process?

Hey man .. as per my knowledge SIEBEL is a CRM software ... they might be using seibel ...

on Aug 29,2013 I received an email telling that my application will be forwarded to visa office for further processing.

on Sept 3,2013 I received the medical examination Instructions.

On Dec 2,2013 I received an email asking me for a Separate and newly completed Schedule A background Declaration form.

On Dec 20,2013 I received an email saying that the document have been received and added to my file.

on jan 9,2014 I received an email asking me to pay the RPRF fee. The Payment was made the very same day.

I have been waiting for a response since then.

let me know if anyone has about the same timeframe..

i really dont know what is going on .. i sent them email a month a go when i got this standard reply ..

i will not contact them now, i will give it more time before i contact them and even order a new notes.

it is useles to get a new set as they did not start reviewing my file yet.

Have they not transferred your file to Ottawa ? Your GCMS says that eligibility is not started ? Eligibility check is done by CIO. If they did transferred your file to ottawa then how come it says "eligibility- not started " ? This process is so confusing man !!!

yeah it is so confusing ..

my file is at Ottawa as it is my primary office but from the notes nothing happened in Ottawa and nobody even look to my file .. alll the updates, which is only medical passed and criminality in progress were done in CIO.

i think i have a long way, actually i am in the begining of the process.

God help us to have a positive result at the end.

True !!! Once they update your ecas to in process it means that they have actually started working on file because that is when they will start on your security check. Good luck bro !!!

In process doesn't mean much. I know someone who went from in process to decision made on the same day. It's really depends on the VO

yes it depends on the VO to update the ecas.

but after i got my notes , this assumption is not applied to my case.

As i see in the notes, nothing happened at Ottawa so far so the status on ecas is correct.

now i should calm down and wait as i am not expecting any DM and PR at least for another 4 months.

if anyone can help me to understand something in the notes.

we are 5 in the application.

in the GCMS notes, in all sections whenver they are stating the status for my wife , it is blank .. is it related to the privacy act, so they could not release her status to me even she is part of my application??

Same for my wife in mine. But they only blank out her Client/UCI ID number. All of the usual status fields (Eligibility, security, etc) don't exist for her. But they exist for my two 18-21 year old dependents.

yeah they exist for my three under 18 dependants but for my wife all assesment , note .. status is blanked out and her name only appears.
