It is still too early for you to complain man !!!! there are people on this forum who have waited for 5-6 months after getting In Process for PPR and they got it last week and some are still waiting !!! Just be patient and your turn will come soon.

I'm just wondering coz I don't know what is going on & why my applicaion has been transferred to CPP-O instead of visa office. Also I don't know what are refusal chances at this stage of processing. Any way, I have no choices but to be patient & hope to hear good news soon Inshaa Allah

Do you see if these stats include those apps received after the cap was reached (am presumably rejected/not approved) or are these excluded in the count?

nope .. they doesn't say anything like that but u get an idea why its delayed.. i emailed ottawa after receiving notes asking them if they have received my spouse medical because thats what delaying my application and they reply to me asking some details about medical. i replied back with the details and hope something will move.. now i stopped checking ecas...
