Hi we both r in same situation. I filed PR application on 29th july and medical req was on 15th Oct. Med received on 1st Nov and after that no update on my Ecas.
Its still shows application received ???

Did you receive any requests from CIC like RPRF or additional documents?

If you paid with a credit card they'll receive it right away.. If you paid with a bank draft it has to be cleared first I think by the issuing bank.

I don't think that they will put it on ecas. It will show on GCMS notes though. My payment has just reached Manila but has not been cleared yet so another wait for me too.

i paid rprf fees do i need to send copy of receipt to cpp ottawa????. i paid on 25 feb 2014 after they requested to submit. my lawer paid it thru visa of mine.

I paid my whole fees 1040$. So no update nothing. They didn't ask for any documents.
I don't know even location where my file is right now.
I paid my whole fees and that's my mistake

Neither do I think that BCPNP is prioritized. They are handled sequentially by the order they are received as far as I can tell. You can see the timeline spreadsheet that in general people get their AOR and MR in the order they were received. It is usually after MR when things are more varied time-wise because of the differences in everybody's circumstances.

At one time, I think the PnP stream in general was supposed to be expedited over the federal steams but it seems to no longer be the case. It's just another stream with it's own set of criteria to qualify and pursue the dream.
