but the strange thing that i sent the email last friday @ 12:28PM and get a response the same day @ 1:12PM !!!

lol ... this happened with me too in the past when i have to add my spouse .. first mail they didn't replied for twenty days and then for second email they replied next days ..

but in ur case its a generic response so just apply the notes the same thing i did..

I don't know why people are emailing regarding their status.. It says clearly do not email them for that. It is not going to go any faster. The people replying are not immigration agents and they have no say in your file.

i emailed them not to make it faster .. only to know what is going on regarding my case as there is no update for about 6 months.

please put yourself in the exact situation and you may know why people are emailing

I know I was exactly in the same position once..i still recollect...
its really hard to keep waiting knowing nothing exactly whats going on ..... though they send a generic email it gives a kinda of relief I feel

Hello! I just received my Notes and I'm sad to say that Security is still not started.
They have transferred my file to Manila in March 2 and so far they are currently awaiting RPRF payment.
Maybe Manila visa Office will do the Security background check...I don't know but it's another wait for me.

I applied for the notes March 10.

If I don't hear anything this month I'll order another one lol ;D or maybe just wait ;D

Why did they transfer to Manila? Did you put your visa office Manilla?

They also changed the Primary office from CIO NS to Manila Visa Office

I just found out that My representative requested a file transfer to Manila.. Other than that CIO NS has been processing my file up until March.

They said that it would be a lot faster and since it was the secondary office mentioned in my file
