hi guys,

i applied PR in june end 2013 thru bc pnp.iam married an i put my wife name also in pr and pnp( does it effect to make my process delay as people here in my town got their pr done those who applied wid me and to those who applied after two months even yeah they guys are single)

My application status shows only file and medical received. its seems here everyone almost got their stauts in process .

any idea guys what going on.

i paid my rprf fee in 25 feb, now what will happen next and how long does it take to get me passport email.


help me guys and iam very worried guys any idea.

Yes.. But I have an authorized 3rd party representative that receives all correspondence from CIC... That's why I always order GCMS note to know all about the correspondence... Emails between my representative and CIC... So I know everything.

i really dont know how is the process? sometimes in process is coming after sending any requested documents or RPRF, sometimes it is IP before any request..

GCMS notes that you order through CIC... If you have a GCMS notes you can check on the Incoming-outgoing correspondence and see what emails they sent... The medical request PDF, RPRF request etc.. It has the dates when they sent the emails and other correspondence... So I would suggest on your part to order one for yourself to have a peace of mind regarding your application.

I can't wait for my GCMS, I'll get it any day next week I'll keep you posted.

is it safe to orer for GCMCS report i mean my lawer said it better not to order for as u might be disturbing ur visa officer .

is it so??

and still in confusion how long does it take to get passport request from cic after rprf fees paid.

i representatvie recevied request mail for to pay rprf from cic after paying fees by me , a email came in and which states that my file is in line for final review and that time they will make decision

I did not order GCMS notes as i am afraid it will delay my process longer than it is
may be ai am wrong, alot of people here ordered it and their cases went fast .. i really dont know.


Did you receive any request for additional documents?

as i understand , you paid the RPRF without request then your rep. received a request to pay them, right? when did he receive this request?

I too have a representative... And they never told me not to order GCMS notes.... When you order GCMS notes it is through CIC as well so it is safe... That's the system that they use to store each applicants profile... You have the right to access it that is why there's something called Access to Information Act.

The immigration officer that handles your case is not the one who sends you the Notes it is an ATIP officer who sends it to the applicants.

So far it doesn't seem to make any difference on the processing times...I have ordered 3 GCMS notes already.
