it will change one day for sure

my ECAS shows "In Process" since Dec 03/13.
I saw many people already received PPR eventhough their file was in process later than mine
Should i be worried?

I checked it but no change yet... I'll just probably wait and maybe check it once a week... Sometimes things happen when you're not expecting it..really hoping!

I have confusion
1) If I get PNP nomination shall I get the PR immediately after landing? Or how long it will take?
2) If it will take time can I just land & apply for PR & comeback to my country to continue my current job?
