Hi i was also nominated by Manitoba PNP and sent my documents to CIO Sydney, NS and my application sent to beirut visa office.
tracking always says: Application received on 5/23/2013
I'm still waiting for medical exam
any help with processing time from beirut office??

I think it is better to email Beirut office to ask about processing time as it is not mentioned in the website?

yes thats very much true.. we should take it easy and go with the flow..
just c updates.. check what going on and forget about it.. we take it too seriously at times..
which is not good......
