I have not seen even a single PPR from CPP O in the tracking sheet.. Whats going on.. Are they not working or what???

As a matter of fact, the CPP-O people from the March/April tracking thread are still waiting...

It is quite surprising to see Manilla so far ahead with processing applications, but I'm sure Ottawa will eventually work through all the applications that's piled up.

you will definitely get your ppr first. i am expecting to get my ppr in two weeks time. for your case, im sure you will get it next week.. thats my fearless forecast ;D

sometimes, ecas is not updated. they said that you will receive your ppr first before the ecas is being updated. i think its a case to case basis.
