I don't think it's a good idea to obtain pre-medicals from the accredited clinics for Canada. I am asking about other non-accredited clinics, which presumably other applicants went to.

They wanted to know which areas they might be in danger in, i.e. high blood pressure. And try to control it by eating the right food etc.

I am wondering if I should do the same, while waiting for MR. I have been eating healthy for 5 months now and I always have good BP, cholesterol and sugar levels but I am on the heavy side. So, obviously, one would never know how health changes with age. It might cost a little bit extra but the idea is to avoid any further delays.

Hi tabs! Nothing to worry if you don't have any history of any major sickness. As you said, your BP, cholesterol and sugar levels are all on the safe side. Just eat good foods and do regular exercise and you'll be fine.

Myself, I'm also prepping up for the medical right now. Hopefully, our medicals will be fine when we reach that stage. :D :D :D

Thanks, I do try being healthy. But, things changes after some years. LoL

So, I really do hope it will be fine when we reach MR stage.

hi ohanne,

this is what i noticed with the CEM after strike. based on our tracking, it normally takes around 3-4 months for Medicals done to PPR. but now, it normally takes just a little bit more than a month.

im praying to God that you and your family will be showered with blessings and surpass all the trails that you are encountering right now. im sure , we will see each other in Winnipeg next year. :)

hi JJ-C,

thanks and God bless to your application.
