Hi Friends,

I need help here, here is my situation.

Me and my wife completed medicals, but doctor submitted only mine to CIC. Doctor did not submitted my wife medicals due X-ray is not completed due to pregnancy, rest all completed.

My doctor advised me to send a mail to CIC explaining situation.

1. What is the mail id I need to inform about my wife pregnancy?

2. Does CIC will update my e-case without my wife medicals?

Please, HELPPPPPP?

I got request for additional documents from visa office:
Proof of financial support from your Canadian relative
I applied under MPNP Family Stream Program

What you will advice in this case?

Hello House,

Please i need some clarification as i am about to send my documents to CIO NS and i know most people here have successfully gone through this stage.

1) I have read that we should not leave any column blank on the form IMM0008 instead we should put N/A or Not Applicable for questions that dont apply. After validating the form, those questions are grayed out on the printed form, do i leave it just grayed out or still put N/A.

2) I do not have a UCI number - under personal details number 3, do i leave it blank or write none

3) Some other forms require a FROM and TO date for an activity that i am currently involved. Not sure if its ok if i hand write 'present' after printing out forms or what do you guys suggest.

So sorry it may seem like i am asking irrelevant questions but i really want to make sure i get it right as the application guide is not really detailed and i would rather ask people with first hand experience

Many Thanks!

I don't understand why they want that because as I know MPNP is Self supportive program. Morover, my relative doesn't have money to proof financial support.

I think that anything as simple as their pay slip will suffice

1. Once you have sucessfully validated the form, it means that no empty spaces exist.
2. If you dont have a UCI, you dont have to fill the space requesting for UCI, so leave it blank;
3. In such cases, I usually put the date that I sign the documents or some future date as the TO date;

Hope these help

Hi Guys,

I read in a lot of threads regarding a pre-medical check-up. How is that done? Are there any clinics doing that?

I guess one call the clinic and ask if they do upfront medical exams...but it is fraught with many dangrs that could further compounds one application delays. And I dont think it makes your application any faster.

I don't think it's a good idea to obtain pre-medicals from the accredited clinics for Canada. I am asking about other non-accredited clinics, which presumably other applicants went to.

They wanted to know which areas they might be in danger in, i.e. high blood pressure. And try to control it by eating the right food etc.

I am wondering if I should do the same, while waiting for MR. I have been eating healthy for 5 months now and I always have good BP, cholesterol and sugar levels but I am on the heavy side. So, obviously, one would never know how health changes with age. It might cost a little bit extra but the idea is to avoid any further delays.
