Mine was received on July 15 and its taking around 55 days or AOR.

I send mine tru courier and was given tracking number, called them up and check status. Not sure about post

I delivered my doc to CIO thru fedex last July 8, 2013
CIO received my docs last JUly 12, 2013 by certain D.Mor.
