A friend of mine applied in June, got PPR 3.5 month after he paid RPRF. I waited for amost 5 month after RPRF. Each case is different, but I would question them on the "start processing" time

Did you email Ottowa say just wondering if there is any hold-ups on starting to process your case, because the time doesn't seem normal.

I emailed them twice in three month and i got the same standard reply " waiting for officer to review ..."

and i ordered GCMS which showed me that they did not start any review for my application as all assessments are not started, except medical passed.

i dont know the reason behind this delay as they did not yet start .. but i am waiting to see what will happen in June.

did you send some new docs after your initial application? this may delay the process

Under Notes File history, again there are 12 entries and includes the details about my email commnication, etc. The most recent Notes update is on 25th April when PV2 (PNP Immigrant category) review started. The agent has mentioned the expiry of the medicals in Sep 2014. The previous one states that my application is not missing any documents, and no additional documents are required at this stage. This was on 3rd Dec 2013 when the status changed to ‘In Progress'.

Thanks for sharing your history! It took them 3 months to move your file from Registry to "PV2 Review". I am just wondering if your notes show a reason for that delay? Were they waiting for some documents?

this is insane, ppl who submitted applications in October have started to get DM and PPR's!!
and we are still waiting...I really wonder what's happening!!

We have same. It has been that way for months, it seems. Waiting for the Wizard of Oz to grant courage, perhaps.

Nope, I went through every single detail. The notes mention that all the required documents were in order. Someone did access my file on 25th April and mentioned that the medical is valid till Sep....Hope he/she did not shelve it thinking there are still couple of months to go before the meds/eligibility expires.

i think the note means they are waiting RCMP screening.

Go to details of assessment, you will see the section of criminality, what is written there?

did you send any PCC after your application? did they request RCMP check?

PCC was sent with my application. CIC did not request any RCMP check from me.
