i am not saying that it will not be on file and they will ignore it ..

my theory, and i hope i am not wrong, that by sending a document without request the case will have a new received date.

for example , in my case, i sent my application on 26 July 2013 but on first week of Dec 2013 i sent my PCC and my wife's PCC to CIC without request so that is my new application received date.

as i see from other cases, the case turns in IP or document is requested after around 150 to 160 days after application received.
as i am following Nov 2013 applicants , i noticed that this duration reached 170 days.

so i think by 1st week of June i may receive request for additional documents or my case will go to IP

may be i am wrong but this is my trial to explain the delay in my case

CIC already mention that, If you send RPRF fees with your application, your file's process will be fast.. and have to submit PCC with the application. That save you time....

i am really depressed and i am praying that it will end positively soon.

i am waiting for my GCMS but as i saw in the similar cases who received their notes recently .. i don't expect that it will contain many informations .. it seems to me that my file also is left without reviewing ..

Finally got DM today..... :)

Congrats MsOptimistic,

Hope u get ur PPR soon enough.

I'm applying under FSWP. CPP-O requested me to send new PCC, do medicals, pay RPRF. I did all requirements. My timeline is as follows:

1- We received your application for permanent residence on January 29, 2014.

2- We started processing your application on March 25, 2014.

3- Medical results have been received (Apr 10, 2014).

So far no progress, & I don't know whether to contact them or it's too early. What will be the next step? any advices?

Waiting really sucks & killing

Thnx

Thanks for the positive news. Let's us know that there is some processing going out in Ottawa or NS.

How many in your application? I still believe that many of those who's processing times are longer is due to a larger family size compared to lone applications.
