Im with you buddy.... in saying that
There has been some 'app received applicants from jan and feb get MR and im sure it was a food service supervisor.
No offense to that NOC but im sure that isn't one of the 'In demand NOC's'
So who knows, you cant dream this s-it up eh

Theres been soooo much debate about this. Reality is, that none of use are really ever gonna find out about the rationale behind their decisions. Its easier to make peace with the idea that we dont control/influence the process. All you can really do is make sure your application is in line with their requirements. The rest is all them...
