Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Let us be more proactive as these delays are unacceptable. Let us call CIC everyday, fill out the case specific once a week, order ATIP at least once a month, email Chris Alexander and your MP regularly. This is the only way that they will take us seriously, we cannot seat back and wait while others are getting their citizenship in 4 to 6 months, utterly unfair.

you'll see some results soon, because the file can't be processed for more than 5 years at which time the retirement procedure will be adopted. just wait and hope for best.

Still nothing new and fast approaching 42 months in processing. Let us just hope that someone over at CIC will soon look at these old cases.

It is not the most effective way to handle this as you need to have a lawyer and you are for sure not guaranteed to win. As long as there is movement on the file we can only hope that they will speed things up soon.

Lawyer fees is very high you can easily expect 5 K, and when you meet the

requirement of Citizenship than all you have to wait, CIC will take time

but if we have enough proof for residency than nothing to worry...

I talked to CIC yesterday and they told me that my RCMP clearance has expired and they send for renewal on March 20/2015.
he told me that IT USUALLY DOES NOT TAKE VERY LONG TO GET THE TEST DATE.
I AM WAITING FOR 38 MONTH.
ANYONE HAS SIMILAR EXPERIENCE OR ANY IDEA?

TRANSFER TO ST CLAIR FROM SCARBOROUGH: NOV 2012
ASSIGNED TO OFFICER: NOV 2014
WAITING FOR TEST SINECE NOV 2014
RCMP CLEARNCE REQUST : MARCH 20 /2014

Hi janoo,
All I know is that my file was assigned to an officer on Nov 13 and waiting for test since Nov 21 Accor ding to their response to my inquiry . My last call to cic said they send my file on March 20 for RCMP clearance update as it was expired.
He told me that experience was ,it should not very long after.
Usually they send RCMP clearance as batches and your might be included.
Hopefully we both get our test very soon
