2004 delhi applicants

I am a memeber of another forum 2004 fedral skilled worker delhi applicants.
We find that CHC has stoped processing of 2004 cases and increased processing
times to 80 months.
This is great injustice, 80 months for 2004 cases and 8 months for fast track.
We are thinking of legal option against CHC-delhi.
Any other applicant wants to join us?
