I am thinking of transferring my credits to a different college (did not decide on the college yet), But I want to transfer to a college in Manitoba or Saskatchewan (or any other province which is easy to get a PNP) for this Sept 2013 term, have taken doing a 2 year program "4 Sem" (Broadcasting Television), will be completing 2 sem here in Ontario and getting a PNP here is a bit challenging and have to wait for a long time. So, now which province will be good for me to transfer my credits and complete one more year and get a PNP easily when compared to ON
