2 years diploma can get 3 years PGWP?

Hello.

If I get 2 years diploma can I get 3 years PGWP?

But problems is what I interest program is just 3 semester and finish 1 year with out vacation.

so It's just 1 year program but the college say they'll give 2 years diploma.

So, Is it possible to get 3 years PGWP?

It will be CIC's decision how long the PGWP is.
