- Do you have any other family members in Canada other than your brother?
If the answer to any of these questions is yes - then your brother cannot sponsor you for PR.

You will need to find a way to immigrate independently, not under family class. You can review the available programs here and see if you qualify for anything: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/eligibility.asp
