2 Work Permits

Hello,
I had applied for my PGWP extension under 2 different pathways. And I received 2 work permits with different expiry dates!
Once I received the first one I contacted IRCC about canceling the other application but apparently it didn’t got cancelled! Does anyone have similar experience? Would it be an issue? should I contact IRCC and inform them?
