My parents applied for Tourist visa in May 2010 and June 2010 and both were REJECTED. I dint have a stable job in 2010 and had just landed in Canada in 2009. The Rejection was based on my insufficient funds and their weak home-ties. Its just been 4 months that I have a good job and funds ($15000 in savings)
Earned family income this year (2012) is $ 60,000. Please advise me on the following:
1) Should I apply for a tourist visa again (no visa applications for the last 2 years)....??
2) Should I apply for the SUPER visa (min. income requirements met on bank statements as income earned but not reflecting on the T4
2011) .....?? They will reflect on 2012 T4
3) Should I apply next year after I have filed my taxes (on family income which will be around $$ 120,000)

NOTE: My mother retires from her Govt. job in New Delhi, India in September 2012 -- which means that she wont get the employment letter after Sep 2012 !!! And, My father retired 2 years ago
Kindly advice --Thanks in advance
I will really appreciate your time in sharing your thoughts....!!

For sure, your case looks stronger next year.. But if you want to apply this year, you need to show that you have good income to provide financial support. for that you can provide your employment letter, last 3-4 months pay stub and bank statement for the last 5 months. Somehow you need to convince that you have good income to support your parents visa application.
