2 pieces of ID

I am about to submit my citizenship application. I was thinking about a passport page but what can I sublit as a second piece? Iwas about to submit a pR card but they said clearly on the IRCC website that "

• A PR card may only be used as personal identification if your second piece of personal identification was issued by the Canadian government."

Does a care card work or would it be best that we submit the Identity card that we got from our own country (even though it looks a bit old and rusty)?
